The Insight program is a unique program developed for creative problem solving and intuitive insights. The relaxing Alpha waves inherent in this program are associated with inspiration, "eureka moments," positive thinking, lucid mental states, and extrasensory perception.

THE PROGRAM
To use the Insight program, you simply listen to the program (using stereo headphones) while lying down on a bed or sofa. Then, let the relaxing sound track with a soft rain and wind chimes take you away. The actual sound therapy program is "under" the sound track, at such a low volume that you can barely detect it. If you were to hear the sound therapy track without the sound track, it would sound like white noise or a strong waterfall.
